Can you believe that we are in the year 2012? As we advance to the unusual planetary alignment that has been forecasted for this year, it made me wonder about the ripple effect the planetary alignments may have and questioned in my mind how conscious are we of the influence the planets have upon us. As humans we are predominantly water, so the moon or lunar changes have an effect on us, this can been seen from the moon's influence on the tidal effect. In holistic terms emotions are linked to water, so have you considered in the days surrounding the full moon whether your emotions change or burst to the surface - the moon will pull out those emotions that are supressed or hidden! So this can be great if we are in balance or upbeat, but if you are stressed or low, it can be a difficult time as we are brought a wave of emotions which we have to try to work through or process and this can pull us down further.
Once we are aware that there is a cycle to these events, then we can put in a safety net to help us through those times. How do we do this - well perhaps take the time to nurture ourselves and our bodies with some personal TLC and some self-love. I often say that until you can truly nurture and know you love yourself, then how can you do it for others - a lack of self-love and self-esteem can cause a ripple effect or unbalance in our relationships. If we can learn to relax and destress our bodies, it can only have a beneficial effect on the mind, but if you struggle to release stress or lower emotions then one of the most relaxing processes I have discovered is a combined Reiki and Crystal Healing session. This is a beautiful therapy that works with the bodies own healing abilities to assist in personal relaxation. Why not consider having a session, take the opportunity to start a personal energetic declutter, we all deserve to embrace an enforced 'me time' if only for an hour - it will give you some relaxation time to charge up the batteries to help re-energise and get back on your feet firing on all cylinders.
I am a strong believer that there are no coincidences in life, there is significance in all life events and for you to be reading this page today there is a reason for you being here, so if it is not related to what you have read already, why not have a further browse through the site, as I am hopeful you will find something that strikes a chord with you. The essence of everything I offer is aimed at empowering you or helping you, to assist "you" to move forward in your life and has been personally tested, I only offer services that I have benefited from myself.
There's a reasonable selection of bits and bobs from therapies such as Hypnotherapy and Spiritual Response Therapy to even being able to go shopping from the comfort of your seat in Angeloi's Shop! On the shopping page I have listed some of my favourite books that have helped in my own development, but I have also tried to help those of you who are interested in your spiritual development, by pointing you in the direction of some tools to help you. In the Angeloi's Shop you can find a multitude of items for sale from chakra sets to pendulums, tarot cards, dowsing rods, even Angel Cards to name just a few - so don't forget to take a look.
As I've already said, the holistic therapies I provide are all personally tried and tested, and are aimed at helping you to gain balance and harmony - for me results speak for themselves. When we are in balance we can connect to a more loving caring existence in our daily life, not only for ourselves but also for those around us! The main therapy I practice is Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT). SRT, I believe is the most amazing transformational therapy and I cannot recommend it enough, with it's use I have seen such wonderful shifts in family and clients. SRT assists you to clear and release the negative emotions attached to your life circumstances, it can give you a foothold out, a fresh start so to speak and has helped so many people worldwide.
SRT is an extremely diverse therapy, which works with current life circumstances and the Akashic Record or Soul Record of lifetimes experienced. SRT is a whole service, so a full clearing is recommended initially, but there are components that can be taken as stand alone therapies such as Aura Clearing and Inner Child Therapy. Many holistic therapists have reported back to me great improvements in their ability to connect energetically and an elevation in their ability to work following an aura clearing, so this is something to perhaps consider as a basic first step if you want to dip a toe! I also provide Chakra Balancing which can help us when we have blown a fuse and feel particularly out of kilter - each and every one of these are wonderful therapies on their own, yet combined can have even more amazing results and I am happy to combine a session for you, so why not take time out of your hectic schedule to indulge and pamper yourself and let those troubles drift away!
